Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning activities, directing operations, and communicating updates when no manager is onsite. Execute opening and closing procedures, manage customer relations issues, and maintain confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items. Ensure all store operations run smoothly while driving consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. This part-time role requires a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnight shifts, and weekends.
