Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning activities, directing operations, and communicating updates when no manager is onsite. Execute opening and closing procedures, manage merchandise presentation, price items, stock shelves, and maintain displays. Assist customers with questions, handle complaints per policy, and ensure patient confidentiality while promoting the CVS service culture. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and the ability to work flexible early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. Part-time role with an anticipated weekly schedule of 25 hours at a base rate of $18.94 - $27.94. Eligible for dental, vision, wellness resources, and employee discounts.
