Job Summary
Lead store execution and performance by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and communicating with management. Complete opening and closing procedures, handle customer service inquiries and complaints, and maintain customer confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and manage inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items. Reset departments following POGs. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and computer proficiency, with experience as a retail supervisor preferred. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, plus overtime as needed. Anticipated weekly hours are 29. Part-time pay range is $18.00 - $27.00.
