Job Summary
Lead store operations by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and communicating directly with store management. Manage customer relations by addressing questions, complaints, and policy issues while maintaining confidentiality. Execute daily merchandise duties including pricing, stocking shelves, and maintaining promotional displays. Complete all opening and closing procedures when no manager is onsite. Work flexible hours including early mornings, overnight shifts, and weekends to respond to urgent issues. Part-time role with 20 weekly hours at a base rate of $18.94 to $27.94. Eligible for dental, vision, wellness resources, and employee discounts.
