Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at CVS Health leads store operations in the absence of management, directs staff, ensures opening and closing procedures, and drives customer service excellence. Responsibilities include supervising the store crew, assigning and following up on activities, communicating with store management and crews, handling customer relations per policy, maintaining confidentiality, merchandising and inventory tasks, executing displays and maintaining POS/seasonal promotions, and resetting departments following planograms. Requires the ability to work a flexible schedule (including early mornings, overnights, and weekends), strong deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, and advanced communication and supervisory capabilities. Preferred education is a High School diploma or equivalent; part-time schedule with benefits eligibility is noted.
