Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisor leads store staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring smooth store operations, opening/closing procedures, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include supervising crew, directing activities, communicating with management, handling customer relations per policy, maintaining confidentiality, merchandising and stock maintenance, executing displays, and inventory according to weekly, promotional, and seasonal plans. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, advanced communication and supervision abilities, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Part-time role with hourly pay range $16.50-$24.00; benefits available depending on hours and eligibility.
