Job Summary
Supervise store crews by assigning activities, directing operations, and communicating updates between management and staff when no manager is onsite. Assist customers with questions, handle relations issues per policy, and maintain confidentiality while promoting a positive shopping experience. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and manage inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items. Reset departments following POGs and ensure completion of all opening and closing procedures. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, with anticipated weekly hours of 29.
