Job Summary
Supervise store crew by assigning activities, directing operations, and following up on tasks while communicating effectively between management and staff. Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints by promoting the CVS customer service culture, handling relations issues per policy, and maintaining confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, sign inventory for weekly promotions, and reset departments following POGs. Ensure completion of all opening and closing procedures when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts with overtime as needed.
