Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at CVS Health leads store operations in the absence of the manager, supervising the store crew and ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed. Drives customer service and builds consumer loyalty by promoting CVS customer service culture, greets and assists customers, resolves issues per policy, and maintains confidentiality. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating with store management, merchandising and presentation, price tagging, stocking shelves, executing displays and inventory, and resetting departments per planograms. Requires flexible scheduling including early mornings, overnights, and weekends; strong analytical and deductive reasoning abilities; advanced communication and supervisory skills.
