Job Summary
Shift Supervisor leads store staff in absence of a manager, ensures smooth store operations, opens/closes procedures, and drives customer service excellence. Responsibilities include supervising crew, directing activities, communicating with management and staff, handling customer relations per policy, maintaining confidentiality, pricing/merchandising, stock and inventory management per weekly/promotional/POG guidance, and maintaining displays. Preferred experience as a retail supervisor; Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Part-time role with a typical weekly schedule around 29 hours; benefits available; pay range $18.90-$27.90 per hour; location: Placerville, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
- Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
