Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning and directing daily activities, ensuring smooth operations when no manager is onsite. Manage opening and closing procedures, handle customer questions and complaints in accordance with policy, and maintain customer confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and maintain off-shelf inventory. Communicate effectively between store management and crews while promoting the CVS customer service culture. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and ability to work flexible hours including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. Part-time role with 29 weekly hours at $16.00 hourly.
