Job Summary
Lead store operations by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth execution of opening and closing procedures. Manage customer relations by addressing questions, complaints, and policy issues while maintaining confidentiality and promoting the CVS service culture. Handle merchandise duties including pricing, stocking shelves, executing displays, and resetting departments following POGs. Collaborate with store management to drive performance and build consumer loyalty. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and flexibility for early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. Part-time role with 25 weekly hours at a base rate of $16.00 to $23.00.
