Job Summary
Supervise the store crew by assigning activities, directing operations, and communicating updates between management and staff when no manager is onsite. Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints while maintaining confidentiality and promoting a positive shopping experience. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and sign inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items. Ensure completion of all opening and closing procedures and reset departments following POGs. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. This part-time role supports the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty.
