Job Summary
Shift Supervisor leads store staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring smooth operations, opening/closing procedures, and delivering CVS customer service. Responsibilities include supervising crew, directing activities, communicating with management, handling customer questions and issues, maintaining customer confidentiality, merchandising and presentation, pricing and stocking merchandise, executing displays, inventory, and following planograms. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, strong communication and supervisory abilities, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.
