Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations by supervising crew activities, managing assignments, and ensuring smooth execution of opening and closing procedures. Execute merchandise tasks including pricing, stocking shelves, and maintaining promotional displays while handling customer service inquiries, complaints, and confidential relations issues. Communicate effectively between store management and staff to drive performance and maintain safety standards. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts with occasional overtime. Full-time role with a weekly base pay range of $17.92 to $26.92.
