Job Summary
Shift Supervisor role leading store staff in the absence of store management to ensure smooth operations, opening/closing procedures, and delivery of strong customer service. Responsibilities include supervising the crew, directing activities, communicating with management and staff, handling customer relations per policy, maintaining confidentiality, merchandising/presentation, stock and inventory management, and executing displays and resets per planograms. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, advanced communication and supervision abilities, and a flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts.
