Job Summary
Lead store execution and performance by supervising crew activities, communicating with management, and ensuring completion of opening and closing procedures. Direct staff assignments, handle customer questions and complaints in accordance with policy, and maintain customer confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute promotional displays, and manage inventory and off-shelf merchandise maintenance. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical, and computer skills alongside advanced communication and supervision abilities. Full-time role with 40 weekly hours, including flexible early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. Base pay ranges from $17.00 to $26.00 hourly.
