Job Summary
Shift Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team to drive store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. When no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the store staff, ensures opening and closing procedures are completed, communicates effectively with management and crews, and maintains customer/patient confidentiality. Responsibilities include supervising the store crew, directing activities, handling customer questions and complaints, merchandising and presentation, price changes, stocking, inventory, and executing displays per planograms. The role requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, strong communication and supervision abilities, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
