Job Summary
Supervise store crews by assigning activities, directing operations, and communicating updates between management and staff when no manager is onsite. Assist customers with questions, handle complaints in accordance with policy, and maintain confidentiality while promoting a positive shopping experience. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and manage inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items. Ensure completion of all opening and closing procedures and reset departments following POGs. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical, and computer skills, plus advanced communication and supervision abilities. Flexible schedule includes early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, and overtime as needed. Part-time role with 29 weekly hours at a base rate of $17.92 to $26.92.
