Job Summary
Shift Supervisor leads store operations in the CVS Health store when a manager or Operations Supervisor is not onsite, ensures opening and closing procedures are completed, drives store execution and customer loyalty through excellent service, oversees staff performance, supervises merchandising and inventory, and handles customer relations in accordance with company policy. Must demonstrate deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, strong communication and supervisory abilities, and a flexible schedule including some early mornings, overnights, and weekends. This part-time role offers a base hourly pay range and benefits; it emphasizes leadership, problem solving, and a customer-focused store environment.
