Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisor is a key leader supporting CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance while building customer loyalty through excellent service. In the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor, the Shift Supervisor leads staff, ensures opening and closing procedures are completed, supervises activities, communicates with management and crews, and handles customer relations. Responsibilities include supervising the store crew, pricing merchandise, stocking shelves, executing displays and inventory per promotions, resetting departments per POGs, and maintaining customer confidentiality while promoting CVS customer service culture. The role requires flexible scheduling, including early mornings, overnights, and weekends, and strong deductive reasoning, analytical, and computer skills, along with supervision and communication capabilities.
