Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisor role at CVS Health leads store operations in the absence of a manager, driving store execution and customer service Excellence. Responsibilities include supervising the store crew, directing activities, communicating with management and staff, assisting customers, maintaining confidentiality, pricing and stocking merchandise, executing displays, POS/inventory duties, and ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, advanced communication and supervision abilities, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, weekends, and potential overtime. Part-time with a pay range of $16.50–$24.00 per hour and benefits eligibility.
