Job Summary
Lead store staff and ensure smooth operations by assigning activities, communicating with management, and overseeing opening and closing procedures. Assist customers with questions, complaints, and policy-related issues while maintaining confidentiality and promoting a positive shopping experience. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and manage inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and the ability to work flexible early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. This part-time role supports the CVS Store Management team in driving execution and building consumer loyalty.
