Job Summary
Lead store operations and supervise crew activities by assigning tasks, directing daily functions, and communicating updates between management and staff. Manage customer relations by greeting patrons, addressing complaints, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding the customer service culture. Execute merchandise duties including pricing, stocking shelves, managing displays, signing inventory, and resetting departments per POGs. Complete all opening and closing procedures independently when no manager is onsite. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, with anticipated weekly hours of 20. This part-time role supports the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty.
