Job Summary
Lead store operations and supervise crew activities by assigning tasks, directing daily functions, and communicating updates between management and staff. Execute opening and closing procedures, handle customer service inquiries and complaints while maintaining patient confidentiality, and manage merchandise by pricing, stocking shelves, and maintaining promotional displays. Ensure all store execution and performance goals are met through effective supervision and adherence to company policies. This part-time role requires flexibility for early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts with a weekly commitment of 25 hours.
