Job Summary
Shift Supervisor leads the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance, stepping in when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite. Responsible for opening/closing procedures, supervising store crew, assisting customers, maintaining customer privacy, and executing merchandising and inventory tasks. Requires strong deductive reasoning, analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Benefits are included with full-time employment.
