Job Summary
Shift Supervisor to lead CVS Health store operations, supervise staff in the absence of a manager, ensure opening/closing procedures, and drive customer service. Responsibilities include supervising store crews, effectively communicating with management and crews, assisting customers, handling customer relations, merchandising, price updates, stock and displays, and maintaining confidentiality. Requires strong deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, advanced communication and supervision abilities, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnight shifts, and weekends.
