Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at CVS Health leads store staff when no manager is onsite, ensuring smooth operations and completing opening/closing procedures. Responsibilities include supervising the crew, directing activities, communicating with store management, handling customer questions and issues, maintaining customer confidentiality, executing merchandising plans and inventory, stocking shelves, maintaining displays, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, strong communication and supervision abilities, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
