Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning activities, directing operations, and communicating updates when no manager is onsite. Manage opening and closing procedures, handle customer relations issues in accordance with policy, and maintain customer confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and sign inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items. Reset departments following POGs. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical, and computer skills, plus advanced communication and supervision abilities. Flexible schedule includes early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, and overtime. Part-time role with 16 weekly hours at $16.00-$23.00 base hourly rate.
