Job Summary
Shift Supervisor leads the store staff in the absence of management to ensure smooth store operations, opening/closing procedures, and customer service excellence. Responsibilities include supervising the crew, directing activities, communicating with management and staff, handling customer inquiries and issues, maintaining customer confidentiality, and executing merchandise presentation, pricing, stock, displays, and inventory according to weekly/seasonal plans. Qualifications emphasize deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, strong communication and supervision abilities, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. This is a part-time role with typical pay range $16.50-$24.00 per hour and benefits eligibility depending on hours and location.
