Job Summary
Lead store operations by supervising crew activities, directing assignments, and ensuring all opening and closing procedures are completed. Manage customer relations by greeting shoppers, addressing questions and complaints, and maintaining confidentiality while promoting the CVS customer service culture. Execute merchandise tasks including pricing, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays for weekly promotions and seasonal items. Communicate effectively between store management and crew to drive execution and performance. Requires flexible scheduling including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts with overtime as needed. Full-time role with a base hourly rate of $16.00 to $23.00.
