Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning activities, directing operations, and communicating updates between management and crews. Manage daily execution by greeting customers, handling relations issues per policy, and maintaining patient confidentiality. Execute merchandise tasks including pricing, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays for weekly promotions. Ensure smooth operations by completing all opening and closing procedures when no manager is onsite. Requires flexible scheduling including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts with overtime as needed.
