Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning and directing daily activities, ensuring smooth operations when no manager is onsite. Manage opening and closing procedures, handle customer relations issues in accordance with policy, and maintain customer confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and reset departments following POGs. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts with overtime as needed. Apply deductive reasoning and analytical skills to support store execution and performance.
