Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at CVS Health leads store operations in the absence of a manager, supervises staff, ensures opening/closing procedures, and delivers strong customer service. Responsibilities include supervising store crews, directing activities, effective communication with management, handling customer relations per policy, maintaining confidentiality, pricing merchandise, stocking shelves, displaying and inventorying weekly promotions, and resetting departments per POGs. Required: deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, advanced communication and supervision abilities, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Part-time role, 28 hours weekly, pay range $16-$23/hour; benefits available contingent on hours and eligibility.
