Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at CVS Health leading store operations in the absence of a manager, supervising crew, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed, and upholding CVS customer service standards. Responsibilities include directing store staff, communicating with management and crews, handling customer relations per policy, maintaining confidentiality, merchandising and inventory of promotions, displays, and shelf resets per plans, and adapting to flexible schedules including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, strong communication and supervision capabilities, and a commitment to a safe, quality-focused customer experience.
