Job Summary
Shift Supervisor leads store operations in the absence of a manager, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed, supervises the store crew, and prioritizes excellent customer service to build consumer loyalty. Key duties include supervising staff, communicating with management and crews, handling customer relations per policy, maintaining confidentiality, merchandising and presenting merchandise, inventory tasks, and executing displays per weekly promotions. Requires strong deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Education commonly includes a high school diploma or equivalent; part-time role with benefits and pay range of $16.00-$23.00 per hour.
