Job Summary
Lead the store crew by assigning activities, directing operations, and ensuring all opening and closing procedures are completed when no manager is onsite. Manage customer relations by addressing questions, complaints, and policy issues while maintaining confidentiality and promoting the CVS service culture. Oversee merchandise execution by pricing items, stocking shelves, and managing displays for weekly promotions and seasonal merchandise. Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and execute department resets following POGs. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts.
