Job Summary
Shift Supervisor leads the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance, supervising the crew in the absence of a manager, ensuring opening/closing procedures, and delivering CVS customer service excellence. Responsibilities include supervising staff, directing activities, communicating with management and crews, assisting customers, maintaining customer confidentiality, pricing and stocking merchandise, executing displays, and maintaining weekly promotional and seasonal merchandise per planograms.
Required Qualifications
- Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
- Education High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
