Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning activities, directing operations, and communicating updates between management and crews when no manager is onsite. Handle customer questions, complaints, and relations issues while maintaining confidentiality and promoting the CVS service culture. Manage merchandise execution by pricing items, stocking shelves, executing displays, and resetting departments following POGs. Complete all opening and closing procedures and ensure store operations run smoothly. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical, and computer skills, plus the ability to work flexible early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. Part-time role with 29 weekly hours at $17.92-$26.92 base hourly.
