Job Summary
Lead store operations by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth execution of opening and closing procedures. Manage customer relations by addressing questions, complaints, and policy issues while maintaining confidentiality and promoting the customer service culture. Execute merchandise tasks including pricing, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays for weekly promotions and seasonal items. Collaborate with store management to drive performance and build consumer loyalty through excellent service. Requires flexible scheduling, including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, with a weekly commitment of 30 hours.
