Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at CVS Health, a key leader supporting store management in driving store execution and customer service excellence. When no manager is onsite, leads the store staff, ensures opening and closing procedures are completed, supervises the crew, communicates with management and crews, handles customer questions and complaints, maintains confidentiality, and supports merchandising and inventory according to weekly and promotional standards. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, advanced communication and supervision capabilities, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Full-time with benefits and a typical 40-hour week.
