Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at CVS Health leads store operations in the absence of a manager, supervises shop staff, ensures opening/closing procedures are completed, and drives customer service excellence to build loyalty. Responsibilities include supervising the crew, directing daily activities, communicating with store management and crews, assisting customers with questions and issues, maintaining customer confidentiality, merchandising and inventory tasks, and executing displays per weekly promos.
