Job Summary
Supervise the store crew by assigning and directing all activities while communicating effectively with store management and crews. Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints by greeting them, offering help, and handling relations issues in accordance with company policy to maintain confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and sign inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items. Reset departments following POGs and ensure completion of all opening and closing procedures when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts to respond to urgent issues.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
