Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at CVS Health leads store staff in the absence of management, ensures opening/closing procedures, and drives store execution and customer service to build consumer loyalty. Responsibilities include supervising crew, directing activities, communicating with management and crews, assisting customers, handling customer relations per policy, preserving confidentiality, merchandising and inventory duties, maintaining displays per planograms, and resetting departments after planograms. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, and advanced communication and supervision abilities, plus flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, retirement savings, wellness programs, and other resources; pay range is $18.00-$27.00 hourly (annualized $37,440-$56,160). Education of a high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
