Job Summary
Lead store staff by assigning activities, directing operations, and following up on tasks when no manager is onsite. Communicate effectively with store management and crews while ensuring all opening and closing procedures are completed. Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints, handling relations issues per company policy to maintain confidentiality and promote a positive shopping experience. Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items. Reset departments following POGs and maintain off-shelf merchandise. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical, and computer skills alongside advanced communication abilities. Work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, and overtime as needed to respond to urgent issues.
