Job Summary
Lead store operations by supervising crew activities, assigning tasks, and communicating directly with store management. Execute opening and closing procedures, handle customer relations issues, and maintain customer confidentiality. Manage merchandise by pricing items, stocking shelves, and executing displays for weekly promotions and seasonal merchandise. Maintain off-shelf displays and reset departments following POGs. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and advanced communication abilities to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts. Anticipated weekly hours are 29.
