Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at CVS Health leads store staff in the absence of a manager, ensures opening/closing procedures, drives store execution, and prioritizes customer service. Responsibilities include supervising the store crew, communicating between management and staff, handling customer questions and complaints while maintaining confidentiality, promoting CVS customer service culture, merchandising and inventory tasks (pricing, stocking, displays, weekly promos, and PO-G-based resets), and ensuring duties are completed to support a positive shopping experience. Requires deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, advanced communication, and supervision abilities, plus a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Part-time position with benefits and location in Mansfield, Ohio.
