Job Summary
Lead store operations and supervise crew activities by assigning tasks, directing workflows, and communicating updates between management and staff. Execute opening and closing procedures, manage customer relations by greeting patrons, resolving complaints, and maintaining confidentiality, while ensuring merchandise is priced, stocked, and displays are maintained according to promotional schedules. Deductively analyze store performance data and respond to urgent issues as they arise. This part-time role requires a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, with weekly hours of 20. Base pay ranges from $18.94 to $27.94 per hour.
