Job Summary
Shift Supervisor leads store staff in the absence of management, ensures opening and closing procedures are completed, and focuses on customer service, merchandise presentation, and store operations while supporting CVS Health’s culture and policies. Responsibilities include supervising the crew, directing activities, communicating with management and crews, handling customer questions and issues per policy, maintaining confidentiality, executing displays and inventory per planograms, and ensuring smooth store execution and performance with flexible scheduling including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.
