Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at CVS Health leading store operations in the absence of a manager, directing store staff and ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed. Focus on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining CVS customer service culture, supervising the crew, communicating with store management, merchandising and inventory execution, and maintaining confidentiality. Requires ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends; preferred high school diploma or equivalent; base pay range $16.50-$24.00 per hour with potential benefits package; 40 hours per week.
